Kia Ora, I’m Anne Holst, owner and manager of The Native Project. 

I lived the kiwi dream growing up on a sheep and beef farm in Makarau, now local for 25 years in South Head. Together with Husband Andy and three adult children, we enjoy rural living, and all that it encompasses is part of our daily lives.

The Native Project is locally owned and operated, providing wholesale New Zealand native trees. We are situated on the beautiful South Head Peninsula – just north of Helensville on Auckland’s wild West Coast. We are an ongoing project, providing trees and plants for riparian and wetland zones where native vegetation is desirable. We grow plants for farm shelter, revegetation and to enhance our environment and that of the flora and fauna in which we share this land.
